I have three new practices available to you On Demand: Connect Your Glutes to Your Pelvic Floor, Mobilize Your Ribs and Thoracic Spine, and Build Back Body Postural Strength. Each class is short and sweet (between 20-30 minutes each) and can be rented for 30 days for $10.
